Dairy
Lactoferrin, separated from milk by chromatography.
Process Link has worked on the process control for multiple lactoferrin plants. This includes the PLC control and the SCADA systems operators use to run the plant.
Materials handling
Conveyors and pallet handling.
We've worked on new pallet lines, upgrades and ongoing support at multiple sites. The control covers conveyors, stackers, inspection, repair, wrapping and labelling.
Scribe · In pilot
A historian for plant data, on site and in our secure cloud.
An edge box on site collects data from PLCs and other plant systems and keeps a local history with trends. It sends the data over MQTT with TLS to the Process Link cloud in Australia.

Software for plant operations.
We develop and support our own software for plant operations. The apps share one sign-in through Portal.
